Find Apple Watch Backup on iPhone
Step #1. First off, launch “Settings” app on your paired iPhone → Tap on “General.” Step #2. Now, you need to tap on iPhone Storage. Step #3. Next up, you will have to wait for a few seconds until the data has been loaded. Then, scroll down and tap on Watch. Now, you can check out the App Size and the total Documents and Data stored by the Watch. Step #4. Under Documents and Data section, you will see previous Watch backups with the date.
Delete Individual Apple Watch Backup
Simply swipe from the right to left on any Watch backup and then tap on Delete. Alternately, tap on Edit button at the top right corner → tap on red button to the left of any backup → tap on Delete → tap on Done at the top right corner.
